Rapé Kuntanawa – Mel de Daime is a Rapé from the Kuntanawa tribe, which works and has a strong contact with the forest vine – Daime. This forest drink is brewed by Indians into a thick mass (MEL), which is then allowed to dry in the sun and mixed with the dried Chacruna leaves into the base of Rapé Tsun.

Description

Mel de Daime is a Rapé made by the Kuntanawa tribe, living in Brazil, in Acré on the upper reaches of the Tagus River, Alto Juruá. In the village of Kuntamanã, live the “leader” and Pajé Hura Kuntanawa, who helps his tribe get back on his feet and gain full ethnic recognition. Because it was this tribe that almost disappeared during the rubber boom in Brazil and lost many of its traditions and tribal language.

There are now about 350 Indians in the Kuntanawa tribe, and Pajé Huru is a great help in restoring tribal values.

With the help of the sacred forest spirit – Daime, Kuntanawa wakes up and remembers again. As Pajé Huru himself says, “I believe that through Jagé and its leadership, the Kuntanawa people will discover their ancient knowledge and remember the lost habits.”

That is why we have decided to share with you a Rapé, which contains a forest vine, Daime medicine and is produced by the Kuntanawa tribe, which has such a special and deep relationship with this energy. Rapé Mel de Daime carries subtle power, it is a beautiful medicine for more subtle work. It brings the energy of the heart, love, trust and embrace.

Huru Kuntanawa also created the “Kunta” project, which is the center of the village of Kuntamanã, where tribe members live and at the same time a village of tribal meetings such as Yawanawa, Poyanawa, Kaxinawa, Jaminawa, Deadawa. Huru strives to create sustainable projects in the village such as crafts, living pharmacy, afforestation, fish farming and other projects that bring cultural, environmental, social and economic values. And especially tribes pass on knowledge to each other and remember the ancient teachings lost between words.
