Shawãdawa - Samauma / Sansara

This Rapé was made for us by Tete Pawã of the Shawãdawa tribe, who is the son of the famous don Francisquinha. Rapé is made from dried Sansara leaves and ash from the maestra planta Samauma. Samaumá brings a very strong spiritual connection and protection. The Indians see this tree as the "Mother of the Forest", connecting heaven and earth, and the Sansara leaves summon the spirits of the forest and the guides of the forest teachings. Therefore, this rapé is suitable for meditation, connecting with nature and prayer. Rapé is very soft in texture and brings energy of the heart, connection and release.

Samauma (disambiguation)

Rapé is made from the ashes of the Samauma tree and other Amazonian plants. The power of the Samauma tree has been with the Indians all their lives; its height and size make it the centrepiece of the rainforest. Its greatness is not only reflected in the matter, but also on a spiritual level. This rapé elevates our spirit and consciousness to higher levels and allows us to see beyond reality. Like an eagle flying over the landscape.

Samauma (ceiba pentandra) is one of the largest trees in the rainforest, growing up to 80 metres tall. The Indians see it as a great spiritual teacher and maestro of the plantas. Samauma is called and revered by the Indians as the "Mother of the Forest" and perhaps because of this, this rapé is a wonderful tool to open the heart and delve into the subject of emotional connections in our lives.

Sansara leaves (Sanchezia nobilis) are freshly collected, sun-dried and ground to a fine powder. These leaves are used for rapé and meditation not only by the Shawandawa tribe but also by the Nukini, Kaxinawa, Yawanawa tribes.

Sansara leaves are said to have special anti-cancer, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may be beneficial to humans.

Rapé Samauma is one of our traditional SARAVA.cz from the Huni Kuin tribe. We have also chosen to bring you this rapé from the Shawandawa tribe, although the basic Samauma plantain is the same for all tribes, it varies in the variety of preparation, other herbs and maestro plantain. Yet, that may seem like a small thing at rapé these are the main ingredients that turn this powder into a great mystery.
