Indian pipes, also known as peace pipes, are traditional instruments used by indigenous tribes not only in North America. These pipes have deep cultural significance and are used in various ceremonies and rituals to connect with the spiritual world and to maintain peace and harmony in the community.

Indian pipes are often made from a variety of materials, including wood, stone and other natural materials. Each pipe is unique and often contains symbolic elements that reflect the cultural richness and spiritual heritage of the tribe.

Our Brazilian friend, who makes products for Sarav, from the gifts of the rainforest. He has lived his whole life in the Indian communities in connection with the medical and spiritual path of the Indians. José's products are created by connecting with the power of the rainforest and immersing himself in a meditative state. This makes each of his products a unique original.

At Sarava, we believe that when people understand how and in what context each product is made, know the origins of each piece and the cosmology behind the traditional adornment, a gap opens from the mundane that can reveal the material and immaterial greatness of indigenous art.
