Returning goods and refund policy

Informations for our clinets about returning goods.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract – refund policy

If you find any problems with the delivered goods and you are not satisfied with them, please let us know in writing within 7 days of delivery.

If the goods do not suit you, it can be returned and refunded taking into account any paid delivery costs.

Once the item has been used or worn we cannot accept the items back and the customer is required to keep the goods.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact the carrier, SARAVA is not responsible for the quality of the shipment.

The customer is responsible for incorrect product ordering and associated costs.

In case of agreed refund: The refund will be made immediately. This can take up to 28 days to show on your statement.


Submit a claim
If you send your goods by post or transport company, package has to be clearly marked by “CLAIM” on the package.

If there is more than one claimed goods in one package, it is necessary to clearly mark the goods in question inside the package.
It is necessary to enclose proof of purchase of the goods and a cover letter with a precise description of the defect and valid contact details.

The course of the complaint
You will be notified of the progress of the entire claim by mails to alert you, that your claim has been accepted by us into the system, that it has been processed, that it has been sent to you, or that you have the option of picking it up.
