Tupinambá
One of the ethnic groups that lived in Brazil long before the Portuguese colonial settlers conquered the area are the Tupi people. The Tupinambá village from which these bracelets come is located in the Bahia region, near the town of Uruçuca.
The wild boar often symbolizes courage, strength and resilience, especially in the face of adversity. Depending on the cultural context, it can also represent ferocity, protection and even fecundity. In some traditions, the boar represents a powerful and assertive force that encourages individuals to face their fears and persevere through challenges.
The boar is also considered a creature connected to the earth, urging individuals to ground themselves and embrace the natural world.
