Huni Kuin Tsunu
Our Tsunu is a very strong Rapé made by the Huni Kuin tribe, mostly used to prepare and “open” the spirit before the ceremony with Nixi Pae. During the ceremony is used to promote healing and purification. Tsunu Rapé brings the healing power of Pao Pereira, and thus promotes healing by opening the heart and eliminating energy imbalance and encouraging the release of diseases from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
We also pack our Rapé into unbreakable glass. We choose dark blue glass to keep Rapé fresh for as long as possible. PS: We like to recycle our bottles and send them back into circulation.

Tsunu is one of the most prevalent and oldest species of Rapé. It is made of tobacco Mapacho and the ashes of the sacred tree Tsunú, or “Pao Pereira” (Platycyamus regnellii). Pao Pereira is known not only for its beauty (it is a tree growing to a height of 10-20 meters), but also because it is considered one of the ten most important Brazilian medicinal plants of the Amazon. The macerates and extracts prepared from the bark of this tree are used in indigenous medicine to treat various diseases, including malaria, digestive disorders, constipation, fevers, liver pains, cancers and as sexual stimulants. At present, it is possible to find on the market a large number of slides and tinctures from Pao Pereira intended just as a supportive treatment for cancer.
It is said that the use of Rapé opens the chakra of the third eye, descaling the pineal gland and cleansing the mental fog and confusion, releasing negative thoughts and connecting us with breath and extending our connection with the spirit.
